K. Yoland is an experienced producer and creative director with a background in game development, film, theatre, and interdisciplinary media, working internationally (EU, UK, US, Mexico).
Yoland has produced ambitious site-specific productions, leading actors, dancers, sportsplayers and film crews for film and live interaction with audiences.
In game development, Yoland produces and collaborates with teams in animation, coding, level design, and narrative writing for projects such as award winning Disco Elysium and other games under NDA.
As an educator, Yoland has taught and shared her expertise in creative and interdisciplinary production across various universities in the UK, US, and France, including the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the Royal College of Art, the Nantes School of Fine Art, and the University of Texas. Yoland holds a PhD in spatial theory, desertscapes and military training.
Yoland also has extensive experience in radio, having hosted over three hundred arts and politics full-length interviews for Marfa Public Radio (TX), Art this Week and Resonance FM (London).
With a strong background in project management, creative directing and cross-disciplinary storytelling, Yoland excels in leading diverse teams to bring creative visions to life.
